With John’s help I am able to train consistently and race at my best.  The regular sports massage that I receive from John keeps my muscles in condition and helps aid my recovery between training sessions and after racing.  The massage loosens my legs after hard training helping me to feel prepared and confident going into a race.

Many thanks for the sports massage the other night it was very comprehensive and professional and certainly gave my legs a good work out. It was the first time that I have had a proper session and my calves and Achilles in particular have felt much better ever since which will help my training in trying to get my body in shape for the High Peak Marathon next month.
